Rivelio Tech is not like other startups. We are Anastasiya Kuznetsova and Matteo Stievano, husband and wife, parents to a two-year-old, and founders of a company inspired by a shared passion for challenges.
Rivelio Tech is, to us, like a second child: we nurture it with respect, responsibility, and daily dedication, growing alongside it step by step.
We always keep our eyes on the goal because we know that technical knowledge requires the right idea and, even before that, solid management fundamentals. For us, the key to success is exceptional execution—the ability to transform an idea into tangible results.

Today, Rivelio Tech is a continuously growing company with an international team of 10 professionals, including 3 highly skilled engineers specializing in the technologies that power our services: from software development to artificial intelligence, and data collection and analysis. Together, we approach each project with solid technical expertise, creativity, and a strategic vision aimed at achieving concrete results.
Our growth is supported by incubators that have helped us lay the foundations of our startup.
We actively collaborate with municipalities, universities, industry associations, and non-profit organizations, aiming to give back our expertise to the community and maintain a constant dialogue with the real needs of people and businesses. We believe that technological innovation must stem from listening and create impact, contributing to the sustainable and inclusive growth of the communities we serve.

Anastasiya Kuznetsova
CEO of the company, overseeing the commercial, administrative, and public relations departments, holding a 51% ownership share of the company.
Born in Ukraine, 31 years old, she moved to Italy at the age of 10.
She holds a degree in Linguistic Mediation with a specialization in business and is fluent in four languages. She gained experience in the luxury sector as an Event Manager and Public Relations Manager.
She is also the Director of the Inter Pares Voluntary Association (www.inter-pares.it), a non-profit organization supporting Ukrainian refugee families, representing the Marche region within the Ukrainian diaspora at the International Organization for Migration (an organization related to the United Nations that operates in the field of migration).
Matteo Stievano
Psychologist with solid experience in the socio-educational field, a strong vocation for public service, and a deep passion for new technologies.
At Rivelio Tech, he leads the IT and software development team, integrating his expertise in the needs of freelancers, public administration processes, and technological innovation.
He has held institutional roles such as city councilor in Bellaria Igea Marina (2019-2024) and member of the Youth Council of ANCI Emilia-Romagna, focusing on youth policies and social innovation.
He earned a master's degree in Clinical Developmental Psychology with honors and further specialized in public administration through ANCI Executive Master's Program "ForsAM".
