Rivelio.it, the only platform in Italy that indexes all public sector job opportunities.
Others do well-defined, familiar things. Some gather public competitions for hiring employees, others focus on large-scale procurements for major projects, and some find grants and incentives for businesses.
We do something different: we track all kinds of public sector work opportunities, focusing on freelancers in the social and healthcare sectors. We find every available job, even the smallest or most overlooked that others miss.
Imagine we've built a robot that, every day, at the same time, sets out to visit all the offices publishing selected tenders across Italy, one by one, leaving no stone unturned.
Rivelio meticulously examines each document and public notice and, thanks to its advanced sensors, identifies and logs details in a structured registry.
Following precise instructions, it looks for exactly what it has been programmed to find, and when it discovers something interesting, it brings it to its supervisor. Here, every piece of information is carefully verified to ensure it is relevant and accurate.
Important information is then published in an organized and curated space, accessible to those who have secured their entry pass, offering a valuable and exclusive service.
Tech Infrastructure:
Rivelio Search Engine is a software registered with SIAE, leveraging a powerful cloud architecture to perform its operations.
Every day, we process:
✅ Over 100,000 web pages
✅ More than 30,000 public documents
Understanding Public Administration:
We don’t just monitor competitions and tenders: we detect all forms of collaboration between public administrations, professionals, and companies, adapting to the diverse regulations and procedures governing assignments in school, university, healthcare, municipal sectors, and many others, each with its own rules and autonomies.
Focusing on Professionals’ Real Needs:
A psychologist user won’t just receive calls for applications that require a degree or professional registration. They also get notified about relevant and often less obvious opportunities, such as mentoring, school counseling, or projects funded by the NRRP. These roles clearly fall within a psychologist’s expertise, but are not always explicitly labeled as such.
Simultaneously, the system is trained to automatically exclude irrelevant positions for psychologists, such as roles for educators or psychomotor therapists. This filtering capability requires constant algorithm updates and a deep understanding of the target professions.
Rivelio.it is much more than a simple search engine: it is an intelligent system that truly understands the public employment landscape.
Rivelio.it was born in response to a real need. The problem to solve was that public entities’ selection notices are hard to find and remain online for only a few days.
In 2022, Matteo wanted to work as a school psychologist, but he encountered a complicated reality: manually monitoring over 300 educational institutions across Emilia-Romagna and Marche was simply impossible.
Anastasiya immediately recognized the potential of the idea and proposed the pilot project of the first version called "Opportunities inCircle". Over the course of a year, we secured our first contracts with two Professional Orders, tested and improved the product, and conducted market research to prepare for the go-to-market phase.
This successful launch marked the birth of Rivelio Tech Srl and its flagship platform, Rivelio.it.
The founding of Rivelio Tech Srl and the launch of Rivelio.it were driven by a solid foundation of real revenues from day one, thanks to active contracts with professional orders of psychologists, and a successful transfer of users from the pilot project. This organic growth was further supported by public funding, cloud credits, and banking support, without relying on business angels or investment rounds.
